Marquette King was just cut by the Oakland Raiders last Friday due to some “Personality Issues”. King started for five years in Oakland putting up a career-best 42.7 net average on his kicks in 2017. He is also the first player in NFL history to do above 40 for his first 5-years
King was signed by the Broncos to improve on a unit that ranked in 27th in net punting last year with punter Riley Dixon. The Broncos can expect a boost to their special teams now thanks to King and look forward to the next few years of entertainment from the talented kicker.
