The Phoenix Suns eked out a road win against the flailing Detroit Pistons. The game got a little heated however as Suns forward Markieff Morris and Detroit guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (better known as KCP) got into a little scuffle.
In a recap of the game by AZCentral, Morris mentioned KCP, hinting that he has no heart. If I was KCP I’d take offense to that.
Markieff Morris blocked a drive by Brandon Jennings, who riddled them with drives in the third quarter, and Caldwell-Pope missed a 3.
“I didn’t think I was going to get it, but I just swung as hard as possible and got it,” Morris said. “And then Caldwell-Pope got it, and you know he doesn’t have any heart so we knew he was going to miss it.“
I see you Markieff Morris, trying to be slick.
I think Caldwell-Pope has done well considering all the stupidity that happens in Detroit. How they look so good on paper and bomb on the court boggles my mind. Even my boy Andre Drummond has regressed a little. It hurts for me to say that but it’s true. KCP showed some promise last year but due to all the Pistons problems. He’s disappeared into the bench.
