The 2017 NBA Draft is quickly approaching and with the arrival of the draft rumors also start ramping up ten fold. The projected top overall pick is supposed to be Washington Huskies product, Markelle Fultz. He’s been at the number one spot for a majority of this year, and while the situation at number two seems to be as fluid as ever, the top spot looks like Fultz’s to lose.
The Celtics are reportedly locked in on Fultz, but just about a week before the draft, the team had no one to talk to about a potential contract because he didn’t have an agent. Fultz changed that today by hiring Raymond Brothers to represent him.
Following comes from Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical.

Brothers is an agent with a small client list, but he has been in the game for a while. He represents current players like Zach Randolph, Al Farouq-Aminu, Jerian Grant and D.J. Augustin but he also has retired players Caron Butler, Danny Fortson and Jamaal Tinsley on his list of players he represents.
Fultz will undoubtedly be the top player on his client list. Now it’s all dependent on where he lands. While Boston seems to be the spot for Fultz to start his career, the team with the number two pick also wants to chat with the star point guard. The Los Angeles Lakers have reportedly scheduled a meeting with Fultz.
Lakers Outsiders was first to find that Adam Zagoria of SNY and ‘Zags Blog’ says that Fultz will meet with the Lakers this week.
