Huertas spent two seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, where he averaged 4ppg and 3apg. He showed he can compete in the NBA and now gets to join a club he has played with before.
Huertas last played for Barcelona in Europe where in the 2014-15 season he averaged 7.7ppg, 4.3apg, and shot 36-percent from three. He is Baskonia’s fifth signing of the offseason, joining Janis Timma, Vincent Poirier, Luca Vildoza, and Daniel Bordignon.
