Marc Gasol inked a max deal with the Memphis Grizzlies back in the summer of 2015 almost immediately. The Spanish big man signed on despite reported interest from some teams. But after he signed his big contract, he left Arn Tellem and Wasserman Sports in the summer of 2016. And less than a year after joining Octagon Sports, Gasol will leave them also.
Following news comes according to Liz Mullen of Sports Business Journal.

Gasol is not currently listed anywhere on the Octagon sports site and is nowhere to be seen in the basketball section. The company might have been quick to remove him from mention.
The Octagon brand represents a litany of clients from other NBA stars like Stephen Curry and Giannis Antetokounmpo to Nascar champion Jimmy Johnson, MLB star Jose Bautista, Summer Olympics Gold Medalists Michael Phelps, Simone Biles and even television personalities like Bob Ley, Hannah Storm, and Neil Everett. They have an important hold in the sports world, so something off must have happened to make the All-Star elect to depart from Octagon Sports.
