Thomas is Khimki’s seventh signing of the summer and is now the sixth foreigner on Khimki’s roster, which is the maximum amount of foreigners permitted in VTB United League play.
Thomas is 6-foot-9 and weighs 225-pounds. He is big enough to play both big spots in Europe if needed. He spent last season in China with the Jilin Northeast Tigers where he averaged 20ppg and 16.3rpg while shooting 37-percent from three-point range.
Before that, Thomas bounced around the NBA and NBA G-League. He hasn’t played in Euroleague since the 2012-13 season where he played for Maccabi Tel Aviv.
