The Orlando Magic are crowded at the point guard spot. They have Elfrid Payton, C.J. Watson and they just inked D.J Augustin to a deal as well. That has left no room for the 24th overall pick in the 2014 NBA draft, Shabazz Napier. After being a successful college player at the University of Connecticut, Shabazz was drafted by the Heat and traded to Orlando the year after. Now, according to Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel, Shabazz has been traded to the Blazers:
The Magic are finalizing a deal to send PG Shabazz Napier to Portland for cash considerations.

Shabazz has a sub-par year as 3rd string point guard for the Magic averaging 3.7 points and 2 assists, but he will definitely be getting more playing time as a Portland Trail Blazer. The current Blazers back-up point guard is Brian Roberts and Napier and him will have to fight for that back-up PG spot.
