A few weeks back we shared the tracklist for Madonna’s new album, Rebel Heart. Fast-forward to today and it appears that one of the most anticipated tracks, featuring Nas, has surfaced online. ‘Veni Vedi Vici’ blends the worlds of Pop and Hip-Hop elites and forms a masterpiece. The track fuses significant bass known in Hip-Hop tracks, mixes Trap tones, and sprinkles mellow tones of Pop music thanks to the addition of a guitar sections during the chorus. What I like about the track is that Madonna and Nas did not conform or minimize their signature styles on ‘Veni Vedi Vici’. It came together perfectly.
