Luke Ridnour had the busiest summer in 2015. Forget DeAndre Jordan, Wesley Matthews or LaMarcus Aldridge, Ridnour was all over the league this summer.
He started the offseason as a member of the Orlando Magic, he was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies, then moved to the Charlotte Hornets, sent to the Oklahoma City Thunder, shipped off to the Toronto Raptors and finally, he was waived by Toronto.
Now that he is a free agent, despite garnering interest from some teams, Ridnour has elected to sit out for the 2015-16 season and possibly will not come back to the NBA.

After being traded four times this offseason, NBA free-agent guard Luke Ridnour has made a move that will keep him from getting dealt next season and possibly ever again.
Ridnour has decided that he will not play the 2015-16 NBA season, a source told Yahoo Sports. The 12-year NBA veteran has not announced his retirement although his return to professional basketball appears doubtful. Ridnour received interest in free agency, but it wasn’t reciprocated.
Last season with the Magic in 47 games played, the 34 year-old averaged career lows with four points, two assists and 14.5 minutes per game. He had chances to perform for the Magic being their only other true point guard on the roster last season besides Elfrid Payton but still, he struggled and it forced Orlando to have Victor Oladipo or Evan Fournier run the point when Payton needed a break.
The end might be near for the 12 year NBA veteran.
