Luke Ridnour woke up on Monday morning as a member of the Orlando Magic. An organization on the rebuild with a veteran in Ridnour closer to the end of his career than the beginning.
Now it’s Thursday, the morning of the 2015 NBA Draft and Luke Ridnour is now on his third team in 2 days as he departs the Charlotte Hornets and joins the Oklahoma City Thunder in exchange for Jeremy Lamb.
Following from Yahoo! Sports Adrian Wojnarowski.
Oklahoma City has traded Jeremy Lamb to Charlotte for Luke Ridnour and a 2016 second-round pick, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

It is unlikely that the Thunder even keep Ridnour, as told by Turner Sports David Aldridge.
BTW, in case there's confusion, OKC is still trading Lamb to CHA for Luke Risnour and 2nd rounder. Don't know if OKC keeps Ridnour, though.

Luke Ridnour was originally sent from the Magic to the Memphis Grizzlies. Then Ridnour was sent from the Grizzlies to the Hornets for Matt Barnes, who was also dealt earlier this summer. It appears finally, the Hornets are sending Ridnour away from them to the Thunder and he will most likely be released.
Yesterday it was reported that the Hornets were working to acquire Jeremy Lamb and now it’s all but official that the former teammates at UConn will join up. Kemba Walker and Jeremy Lamb once tore up the Big East back in the day and now they will hopefully do some damage for the Hornets in the NBA.
