Chiwetel Ejiofor and Anne Hathaway handle the ups and downs of a pandemic in the first trailer for Locked Down. Ejiofor and Hathaway play a troubled couple who is struggling economically as a sudden nationwide lockdown threatens their livelihood. However, things become a bit more interesting when the two plan a jewel heist that may or may not help them financially through these tough times.
“Just as they decide to separate, Linda and Paxton find life has other plans when they are stuck at home in a mandatory lockdown. Co-habitation is proving to be a challenge, but fueled by poetry and copious amounts of wine, it will bring them closer together in the most surprising way,” HBO Max writes.
