
With rookie phenom, Jabari Parker, going down due to a torn ACL, the Milwaukee Bucks lost their second leading scorer and a starter on the team. They felt it in their loss to the Portland Trail Blazers at the Moda Center in Portland, 104-97.
LaMarcus Aldridge had 23 points and 15 rebounds, Damian Lillard added 29 points and 7 assists for the Blazers, who have won 3 straight and 8 of 10 and the Portland Trail Blazers pulled away in the fourth quarter. Thomas Robinson started in the place of starting center, Robin Lopez who suffered a broken hand, and sparked the Blazers with 15 points and 16 rebounds, both season highs. Wesley Matthews had 11 points on the night.

Brandon Knight had 24 points for the Bucks. Jared Dudley got the start in Parker’s place and only scored 3 points and dished out 5 assists. O.J. Mayo scored 12 points for the Bucks. Khris Middleton scored 17 points and Jerryd Bayless had 10 points on the night, both of those players came off the bench for Milwaukee. The “Greek Freak” Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 10 points, but left the game due to an ankle injury. The injury does not expect to be too serious.
Parker, the second overall pick in this year’s NBA draft, will require surgery. The star out of Duke averaged 12.3 points and 5.5 rebounds per game for the Bucks this season.
Portland Trail Blazers are 20-6. Milwaukee Bucks are 13-13.
