Lil Wayne is not a happy camper as of late.
It all begin on that day when Weezy took to his twitter handle and announced he was not happy with the way things were going at YMCMB and that Birdman is pretty much holding Tha Carter V hostage, refusing to release it right now. Only thing I could think of that is reason enough for why Baby is doing this is because of the new found popularity Rich Gang has developed due to Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan.
But its Lil Wayne, the ‘Best Rapper Alive’.
Anyway, Wayne has recently released his mixtape ‘Sorry 4 The Wait 2’ which spoke on a few issues at hand with Birdman and Cash Money while spitting over some of the hottest instrumentals out right now.
Weezy has made it clear to everyone it is no longer Cash Money, just Young Money. The latest news circulating around this growing feud between once ‘Father Like Son’ duo has now escalated into the courts.
It has come to the surface, according to TMZ that Wayne is owed a reported amount of $8 Million for an advance on the album, C5 which right now has yet to release and has no date to release in its near future. Another important factor in the lawsuit is that Mr. Carter wants the judge to cut ties (end his contract) that he has with Cash Money.
The two have been trying to come to a common ground about this situation but apparently it isn’t working. I can honestly say I would have never pictured a day in my life or well since the existence of Cash Money since I can remember, a non-fixable beef between Baby and Weezy.
While we patiently wait for C5, we can enjoy the sounds of S4TW2 and his newest released track ‘Amazing Amy‘ with Migos.
