Lil Uzi Vert is on a wave of highs and lows on his new song, “Uppin Downers.”
On the DJ Plugg-produced track the Philly rapper confesses that the scene is simply not for him if there is not an array of pills for him to choose from. Over the trippy beat we get a glimpse of his rockstar lifestyle as he spits, “I was Addy to keep me up/ I was on Xanny to keep me down.”
The track comes in anticipation of his ‘Luv is Rage 2’ mixtape which has not been given a release date but has been steadily in the works.
There’s no doubt that Lil Uzi Vert is sure to still be on a high with the success of his ‘The Perfect LUV Tape’ and as his feature on Billboard’s current number one hit ‘Bad and Boujee’ with Migos.
