Lil Nas X continues to gain success with his “Old Town Road” record featuring Billy Ray Cyrus. Just last week, the rapper rose to number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and now he has broken a new record.
According to Billboard Monday, Lil Nas X has broken Drake’s record on Billboard’s U.S. Streaming Songs chart. Drake previously held the title with 116.2 million streams in one week for “In My Feelings,” now X reigns with 143 million streams in one week for “Old Town Road”.
“Old Town Road” is currently still sitting at number one on the Hot 100 chart. This is also Billy Ray Cyrus’ first ever Hot 100 number one song.
