If 2018 has been great for anyone, it has been great for Seattle’s own, Lil’ Mosey. At only sixteen years old, Mosey has dropped off three incredible new singles. Mosey kicked off the year with his first commercial single, “Pull Up”, which earned 11 million views. Since then, Mosey has moved on to another single called “Boof Pack”. Most recently, Mosey has reached the height of his success thus far with “Noticed”. Accompanied by a Cole Bennett directed video, Mosey’s newest record has crept into the Billboard Hot 100 at number eighty-three.
This weekend, Mosey is back with his fourth official single, “Yoppa”, featuring Memphis native, Blocboy JB. The new record features production from Royce David and the two young rappers delivering verses about gold, girls and everything that comes with being the next big thing out of your respective city. There is no word on where this record will end up, but it’s very possible that this is the first track off of Mosey’s upcoming project, North’s Best. Meanwhile, Mosey will continue to work on his debut project while balancing the life of a high school student at Mountlake Terrace High School. Check out the record above and let us know if you think this sixteen year old is the next big thing in rap.
