What duo has had a better year than Gunna and Lil’ Baby? The duo from Atlanta has dominated their respective lanes for the past eighteen months and change. As a team, the two have teamed up for records like “Drip Too Hard” and “Sold Out Dates”. As individuals, they’ve appeared on Young Thug’s Slime Language project, dropped top five albums and made their way on to Travis Scott’s Astroworld. Most recently, the two teamed up for their joint project, Drip Harder. Rising up the charts, the joint project moved over 100,000 copies during its first week.
With momentum on their side, the Quality Control and YSL team made their way out of Atlanta for their first joint performance at the 2018 BET Hip Hop Awards. The duo came out to “Yes, Indeed” and “Yosemite” before shifting to “Drip Too Hard”. With one BET Awards performance under their belt, the sky is the limit for one of Hip-Hop’s most promising duos. Check out the full performance above and catch Gunna on the road this fall alongside Travis Scott during his Astroworld tour.
