Lil B’s ‘BasedGod’ curse strikes again. In 2011 Lil B put a curse on Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant after KD took shots at Lil B’s rapping skills. The west coast rapper then put a curse on KD, proclaiming that the curse would prevent Durant from winning the NBA Title.
Now with Durant’s most recent injury news that may keep him out for the remainder of the season, you know social media, primarily twitter, was buzzing and looked at one man as the main culprit.
Lil B ‘The BasedGod’.
Following from TMZ Sports.
“He’s still under it. Everyone who disses Lil B pays for it.”
According to Lil B — who dropped a hilarious song called “F*ck Kevin Durant” last year — there’s only one way to break the curse … Kevin has to play him in basketball.
“All he has to do is meet on the basketball court for a friendly game of 21. I’m passionate about my game, my defense, if he doesn’t beat me 21-0 he should be embarrassed.”
“He knows the curse is affecting him. Everyone knows. He needs to see me on the court.”
Well, Durant can’t play Lil B right now, he’s hurt. I say, why not just lace up the sneakers, do the game but do it as a charity event or for profit. Something.
Use it to promote a new sneaker for Durant and promote a new mixtape/album for Lil B. It can work out for everyone and we can all work this out like grown men.
Plus, everyone wants to see KD back on the court. It’s just good for the NBA and we don’t have to worry about ‘what’s next’ for KD.
