With an amazing December over with and another amazing year of basketball over with we give the Eastern Conference player of the month to LeBron James of the Miami Heat and the Western Conference player of the month to OKC’s Kevin Durant.

But in the West it’s a whole different story. If Stephen Curry’s monster game (against the Heat) happened in December and not last night, it definitely would’ve been Steph for me. But that makes Durant sound even better since he out shined the sharpshooter.
But since Westbrook will be out until late February, I wouldn’t be surprised if Durant wins the next two player of the month’s and become an MVP front runner…
