After the Golden State Warriors took the first two games in the 2017 NBA Finals, it was up to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers to respond at home. Though the Warriors continue to hurt the Cavs with their scorching hot shooting from beyond the three-point arc, it’s clear Cleveland has made it a point to attack the rim whenever possible.
No one is better at doing this than LeBron who is known for his hard drives capped off by thunderous dunks. James did just that again in the waning moments of an electrifying first quarter in Game 3.
After swiping the ball from Warriors reserve center JaVale McGee, LeBron took the ball coast to coast, blowing by Kevin Durant and throwing it down hard with him and McGee in the vicinity.

If the Cavs have any hopes of turning this into a competitive series, these momentum-shifting plays will be exactly what they need to try and match the Warriors’ juggernaut offense. Look for LeBron and his teammates to keep their pedal to the medal as they try to gain some footing in what has been a one-sided series thus far.
