
Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James has expressed his admiration for Lauren Hill in the past on his instagram account when she made her collegiate debut despite having inoperable brain cancer. Her dream was to play one collegiate game and she was able to do so despite all the odds stacked against her. Her story was well documented by ESPN.
Unfortunately Hill died today at the age of 19, and LeBron took to twitter to write an open letter to her.
