Alright. I get it. LeBron James is versatile. I’m a LeBron die hard and even I am getting sick of this dedication.
He’s pretty much adopted Kyrie Irving which is annoying me. Adding to the unsolicited hype that the Kyrie fan boys already put on.
And now he’s making statements that quite frankly, nobody asked for!
According to Cleveland.com, LeBron James would start from the bench if that meant it would help his team. If only Kendrick Perkins would say that.
“For me being the leader of the team, it doesn’t matter. Whatever this team needs in order for this team to win, I’ll come off the bench and I’m serious,” James said. “I’ll come off the bench. If it helps our team, that’s what it’s about, man.”
The idea of James becoming the Cleveland Cavaliers’ sixth man is comical and unfathomable. He’s the best player in the game. Cavs coach David Blatt gave a chuckle when he heard what James said.
Needless to say, benching James isn’t on his agenda.
“No. No. He’s doing fine where he is,” Blatt said. “He’s doing quite fine.“
This has to be a joke. Why would he say that? This is such a pointless thing to say. 1, you’re LeBron James. 2, David Blatt isn’t mentally unstable. 3, in what universe does having you on the bench make you better?
Have you seen your teams record when you’re not playing? Stop acting like a martyr. It’s getting old. Even for me.
