LeBron James has been doing his thing recently. Banana boating and sipping wine with the boys (Melo, CP3 and DWade) filming ‘Trainwreck’. He’s kept himself busy during the offseason.
Meanwhile the Cavs have been working around the clock to get their team sorted, they still have Tristan Thompson and JR Smith floating in the wind, they still need pieces here and there. But LeBron has watched everything and so far, he’s liking what they’re doing.
“It’s been good so far, but we have a lot of work to do,” said James, who co-stars in the movie, when asked about the Cavs’ offseason. “We still got to re-sign Tristan [Thompson]. Hopefully we can bring back J.R. [Smith] as well and see if there’s some other free agents out there that’d love to come here and play if we’re able to do that.
“We definitely don’t want to come back the same team. We want to come back better. But right now, we’ve been doing so far, so good.“
So far, so good. I think that’s all you can say for them to be honest. I mean if they have the same team I’d like to see Kyrie Irving’s theory that they would’ve beaten Golden State if they were healthy (Of course you would say that)
But it all looks good in the hood for Cleveland. They’re the favourites to win it next year, that’s all you can give them at this moment in time.
