The dark clouds are finally starting to clear up for Lamar Odom. After spending several weeks in hospital and at one point discovering that he suffered the equivalent of 12 strokes, he has finally left hospital and will spend some time in a private facility.
On top of that good news, TMZ are reporting that Odom Will not face legal action after reporting that there could be a chance of him being prosecuted. That won’t be the case as his charges of drug possession have been dropped.
Law enforcement sources say the Nye County D.A. has decided not to file any charges against Lamar. As we reported, it’s extremely rare that prosecutors file drug possession charges when the person who consumed the drugs ends up in the hospital.
Now that he doesn’t have to go through the stress of a court battle, he can focus on his health and getting the help he needs. When I spoke on his lack of recognising close friends and family I thought it was going downhill for LO. But he’s out of hospital which can only be considered a positive. The battle isn’t over but hopefully we will be able to hear him talk about his battles in the coming months.
