While things for the Los Angeles Lakers may have gone from bad, to worse recently, they still might be having fun while doing it.
Check out what the Los Angeles Lakers have the rookies doing for the rest of the season. They’re using a Clint Eastwood idea from his hit movie ‘American Sniper‘ and the team has the rookies going around pushing fake babies in strollers.
No, seriously.

The following from Kurt Helin of NBC’s Probasketballtalk.
And the idea was coach Byron Scott’s. “Absolutely…” Scott confirmed when asked if it was his idea. “They are in charge of bringing them to every home game, making sure they are right by their locker, that the baby is not crying or anything like that, then after the game take them home. My only concern is the will go in the family room, there are so many kids there they might try to take their babies. So they have to watch their babies, then on game days on the road they have to wear baby backpacks.”
You got to feel bad for the Lakers rookies Jordan Clarkson and Tarik Black because they have to do this for the rest of the season fully equipped with pink backpacks.
