On Thursday, the Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks will play a throwback game; the Bucks have painted their floor to look like their old-school “MECCA” court:

Celtics point guard Kyrie Irving seems to have had a slight misconception about this whole idea, and appears to believe that rather than just painting the floor, the Bucks opted to somehoe replace their stadium’s floor with the physical floor from 30-plus years ago.

What don’t you understand about this, Kyrie?
Sterling Archer voice: Well, obviously the core concept.
The Bucks subtweeted Irving shortly afterwards:
In case you need to tell someone…tonight’s #ReturntotheMECCA court is a brand new floor.

Don’t worry, Kyrie. This floor is actually the same. This is, in fact, the exact same NBA court that you’re used to playing on.
