KYLE has dropped the video for “What It Is” directed by Jakob Owens. As the title suggests, KYLE lets his girl know that things are what they are. Filled with heartbreak, the visual features the west coast artist doing what we’ve all done after a break up. Bouncing around the house, he catches himself reflecting on what he could’ve done better during the relationship and typing up long texts only to erase them before pressing send.
“If that’s what it is/If you gotta leave me, baby, I won’t shed no tears/If?that’s?what it is/If?you gotta go I hope you’re?happier with him/If that’s what it is/If you gotta leave?me,?baby,?I’ll still be?right here,” he raps.
KYLE’s gearing up for the release of his new album that is rumored to be titled, See You When I’m Famous. Previously, he dropped “YES!” featuring K Camp and Rich The Kid. While we wait for the full project, check out the “What It Is” video directed by Jakob Owens.
