With the big game just around the corner on February 5th, both teams participated in the annual Media Day prior to the Super Bowl. It was a great day for all those not named Kyle Shanahan. The Falcons OC had reason to be worried. During the 45-minute session, he took questions, his backpack went missing for about 30 minutes of it.
“I’m stressed out right now,” Shanahan said. “Somebody took my bag, and it had everything in it.”
The presumable next coach of the San Francisco 49ers backpack contained valuables such as: A copy of the Falcons Super Bowl playbook, a various amount of personal items, as well as some Super Bowl tickets for family, and colleagues.
Fortunately for the Falcons, the bag was retrieved 15 minutes later with all of the items still in it by ESPN’s Jarrett Bell. The contents retrieved were taken by 78-year old San Francisco Examiner columnist, Art Spander.
Let the conspiracy theories surrounding the Patriots begin.
