Kyle Massey is being sued by a thirteen year old girl who claims the former Disney star attempted to engage her in a sexual manner. The thirteen year old girl allegedly met the former star in 2009 when she was just four years old. In the following years, Massey kept in touch with both the girl and her mother. Massey allegedly attempted to invite the girl and her mother to a party, so that she could her find an agent in Los Angeles. From there, Massey is accused of sending texts and videos of a sexual manner to the teenage girl.
According to a report from Entertainment Tonight, “the girl has suffered great pain of mind, body, shock, emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, embarrassment, loss of self-esteem, disgrace, humiliation and loss of enjoyment of life.” As a result, the girl has decided to sue the actor for damages in the amount of $1.5 million. Massey has not yet commented on the ongoing legal matter.
Massey is best known for his role as Cory Baxter in the popular television show, Corey In The House. More recently, Massey appeared in Nickelodeon’s Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Nickelodeon has also yet to comment on the ongoing legal situation.
