Kyla Pratt will reportedly join the cast of FOX’s Animal Control. Pratt will play the role of Daisy, Templeton Dudge’s partner and the newest member of Seattle Animal Control. Pratt’s Daisy is described as a “confident single mom” who is “exuberant and fearless,” but also has a “healthy appreciation for conspiracy theories.”
“Animal Control follows a group of local workers whose lives are complicated by the fact that animals are simple, but humans are not. Joel McHale stars as Frank, an opinionated, eccentric Animal Control officer who may not have gone to college but is still the most well-read person in the room,” the show’s description reads. “A former cop, Frank tried to expose corruption in his department, but his efforts got him fired, which may explain why he’s so cynical and curmudgeonly. He has an almost superhuman ability to understand animals. Humans…not so much.”
In May, FOX renewed Animal Control for a fourth season. Pratt is expected to debut as Daisy when the show returns in early 2026. As it stands, her character is expected to appear in eight episodes.
