Kodak Black has been removed from T.I.’s Trap Music Museum in Atlanta, Georgia after making insensitive comments towards Lauren London and the late Nipsey Hussle. First, the Florida rapper made headlines over the weekend when he made comments about the actress on Instagram Live. Kodak Black stated that he would “be the best man he could be” for Lauren London. He added, “I’ll give her a whole year…She might need a whole year to be crying and sh*t for him.”

Then, the world of entertainment swiftly responded to the comments. DJ Justin Incredible announced that he would no longer be playing Kodak Black’s music on Power 106 in Los Angeles. Other radio hosts such as Ebro and Charlamagne Tha God also called out the rapper for his insensitive remarks. Big Boy of Real 92.3 in Los Angeles stated, “I won’t disrespect my timeline posting a pic of Kodak Black.”Most notably, fellow rappers, The Game and T.I., also made their voices heard. Shortly after, Kodak Black took to Instagram Live again in hopes of offering an apology. Kodak Black said, “If I disrespected you Lauren London in any shape or form, I am sorry.” He added, “Even though I didn’t.” As one would imagine, many did not take too kindly to his “apology.” In response, T.I. has elected to remove Kodak Black’s image and likeness from his Trap Music Museum.
T.I. has yet to comment on the removal of Kodak Black from the Trap Music Museum.
