
Kodak Black has plead guilty to weapons charges stemming from a stop near Niagara Falls in New York last April. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers stopped a vehicle with Kodak and three other men as the re-entered the country from Canada. During the stop, authorities claim to have found marijuana and a loaded pistol without a permit.
The Florida native has plead guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. On March 24, 2020, he will face two to seven years in prison after pleading guilty. Kodak Black is currently serving a 46 month federal sentence in Florida. According to State Supreme Court Justice Richard Kloch, his New York sentence will be served concurrently when it is handed down.
