Kobe Bryant’s continued jabs at former teammate Smush Parker led to the one-time Laker telling his side of the story on Hard 2 Guard radio yesterday, Parker went on-air to defend himself from Bryant’s attack leading Kobe to say he was amused that Parker got so offended.
Although he refused to elaborate any further on his original claim that Parker was “the worst,” Kobe still managed to throw yet another jibe at the New York playground legend.
“There’s really nothing else to say,” Bryant said with a smirk. “I said what I had to say. I gave him his little 30 minutes of fame, it’s all good. I wish him the best of luck. He’s playing in China, right?”
“I wish him the best of luck, maybe he’ll get back to the NBA one day and see what it’s like up close again.”
