Based on the press release, it appears Kobe Bryant and Sports Academy will provide thousands of children with a new facility that features multi-sport training. Along with basketball amenities, the facility will also come with volleyball courts, a turf field and plenty more.
This isn’t the first time Bryant has given back to the local area which he called home during his 19-year playing career. Kobe has proven diligent with his off-court work since retiring years ago, and the opening of the upcoming Mamba Sports Academy will prove no different.
The massive facility ranging over 100,000 square feet should be ready to open sometime in January according to the press release.
