Kobe Bryant is close to his retirement, as much as he likes to deny it, but the Black Mamba and the idol to all Los Angeles Lakers fan right now. Many have argued if Kobe’s choice to stay would affect the Lakers chances at becoming a good team. With his huge salary, Kobe is both an asset and a liability to the Lakers organization. Mitch Kupchak Lakers GM, said that Kobe hinted to him that the 2015-2016 NBA season is his last season.
Now Kobe Bryant takes to twitter to deny it all again:
My thoughts on next season being my last season are the same as the last time the media asked me last season #nadanew

You kind of wonder what the Black Mamba has been doing while his team is not in the NBA Playoffs. As an NBA fan, it hurts not to be able to see Kobe in the Playoffs, but he is definitely still watching the games. He also took twitter to comment on Stephen Curry’s crafty playing style:
When the shots u take r the shots the defense wants u to take but r the shots ur comfortable taking #curryriddle

Mamba saves the day again. Lakers fans are happy he’s staying, and Mitch Kupchak makes another mistake.
