Now this one is just amazing, the amount of jokes I thought of when my eyes saw this story, my head nearly exploded.
Now the reason why the Knicks rightly have Rajon Rondo and Mike Conley on the top of thier free agency list is because they are pass first point guards and that it what Carmelo Anthony and Kristaps Porzingis need if they want to lead this Knicks squad.
Derrick Rose, is not a pass first point guard. He is the polar opposite of a Rajon Rondo and that’s why it’s funny that ESPN’s Ian Begley has recently reported that the Knicks have had discussions on a trade for DRose.
The Knicks have had internal discussions recently about trading for Rose, league sources tell ESPN.
The Bulls’ interest in trading Rose, 27, is unknown at this point. The Knicks do not have many strong trade chips outside ofCarmelo Anthony, Kristaps Porzingis and future first-round draft picks.
This is just so wrong it’s not even funny. There is no way in hell that a Knicks team with Derrick Rose at the helm would work. That’s a nightmare waiting to happen.
I am so glad that it has only gotten as far as internal discussions because if the Knicks go any further with this they will be laughed at, especially if the Bulls have 0 intentions of trading DRose.
