Just incase it couldn’t get worse for fans of both the New York Knicks and Orlando Magic, somehow it does when the 2 teams faced off in Orlando.
In something that can not be quantified into words, somehow both Orlando and New York managed to do an amazing thing to just tie a bow on their respective disappointing seasons.
The teams combined for an NBA record 15 total points scored in one-quarter when the Knicks outscored the Magic 8-7 in that quarter. The two teams connected on a combined 6-for-39 from the field and just three free throws. Yea, it was really that bad in the second quarter.
Check out the shot charts from that one-quarter alone, courtesy NBA.com.

Both teams took it differently. I mean at least they told their fans how historically bad that quarter was.
The combined 15 points by the Knicks and the Magic in the 2nd was the lowest scoring quarter in @NBA history.
