Per ESPN’s Ian Begley, Amundson’s deal is fully guaranteed:

Amundson, a 10-year veteran power forward, appeared in 29 games for the Knicks last season, averaging 1.8 points and 1.7 rebounds in seven minutes per game.
Amundson’s role with the team this year is unlikely to increase — it’s actually much more likely to decrease. The Knicks probably brought him back solely as insurance for either:
1) A potential injury
2) A young big man (i.e. Maurice Ndour, Marshall Plumlee, Willy Hernangomez) proving to be unprepared to play at the NBA level.
