Klay Thompson was hit on the side of the head by Trevor Ariza (with his knee) in Game 5 of what seemed like a very hard direct blow to the head. Thompson left the game after bleeding from the side of his ear and later on received stitches for it. Thompson returned shortly after, but his father said that Thompson showed signs of a concussion ever after the game.
According to Willie Brenson:
Klay Thompson’s dad on @MikeAndMike: Klay couldn’t drive home last night and threw up a couple times when he got home

Thompson may have to endure a plethora of tests before he heads out onto the floor in a weeks time for the NBA Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 1. It’s all good, because he has ONE week to rest from what seems like a somewhat normal concussion. The Warriors will need Thompson as the Cavaliers are well equipped and ready to contend against the powerhouse Warriors at any time.
