This holiday weekend, King Los has increased anticipation for his upcoming project with the release of a new single called “How It Goes”. Produced by super produced duo, Hitmaka and Cardiak, the four minute track is heartfelt track that features Los reflecting on his come-up as a black boy in America. On the first verse Los raps, “Little black boy dribble ball, chase dream/A little black boy, pitching raw, chase cream/Little black boy love mama, got papi/A little black boy love drama, pop shotty/Little black boy need fun, need pain/To grow like a flower, need sun, need rain/A little black boy turned a little you man.”
The record’s hook features West Coast based singer, Arin Ray, who has gained traction over the past few months with the release of his first full length project, Platinum Fire. Ray sings, “Ridin’ everyday in the streets with my n*ggas like/We give a f*ck about a crooked cop like south for them n*ggas like/Yeah-ah-ah/Watch out for the one time, for the one time/Growing up on this side, n*gga, you know how it goes.”
