Kanye West was the highly anticipated act at this year’s Meadows Festival in Queens Sunday, October 2, 2016. Looking to make up for the Governors Ball performance that never took place, West along with the Governors Ball promoters were making up for the missed opportunity. Ye was apparently late for his set and had to abruptly end early due to what he was slating a ‘Family Emergency’.
This ‘Family Emergency’ was reportedly an incident involving Kim Kardashian-West. It is being said by Kim K’s spokesperson Ina Treciokas courtesy of CNN that she was held at gunpoint in her Paris hotel room. The two culprits were reportedly dressed up as police officers.
Kim K is reportedly okay, not harmed but completely shaken up by the incident. I mean who wouldn’t be. The Kardashian clan were out in Paris for fashion week; Kim K, Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner.

Kanye was in the process of performing his hit song from 808’s and Heartbreaks, ‘Heartless’ when he abruptly ended his performance stating ‘Sorry guys, family emergency I have to leave the show’. Check out the video below.
