It was obvious when he won the National Championship that he was going to get interest. It’s the same every year. But in this case you can class it as different.
A UConn alum, taking a team that had Jim Calhoun written all over it and making it his own. Its a great story I’ll give you that.
With this deal now done, it’s on to making the UConn Huskies the standout college not just in basketball today, but in basketball history. But hey, you never know… He might just rise up to the NBA…
