Kevin Love received a huge and detrimental injury in the 1st round of the NBA Playoffs that cost him his season, in his contract year. Kelly Olynyk was at fault, according to Love. Now love has accepted the situation and moved on.
According to Adam Himmelsbach at the Boston Globe:
“About a week went by, I reached out to Kelly, sent him a text, said, ‘Hey, it’s all good,’” Love told reporters in Cleveland on Sunday. “You know, it was a tough play, and we just move on from there.”
After Love ignored Olynyk’s phone calls and apologies, Love finally accepts. Despite Love has been injured, his prospects are still very good for his free agent summer. The Lakers, Celtics, and Cavaliers, along with anyone else that can afford him, want him. Love has a busy summer, including clapping on the bench in the NBA Finals. Could Love’s first NBA ring be coming when he didn’t even play?
