Kevin Love is still a little sour about his shoulder separation caused by Boston’s Kelly Olynyk. I would like to say that Love is makin too much of this, but then again I haven’t had my shoulder separated before so what would I know. Love has been involved in a lot of stories this year, and it has always been between him and another player. As if he’s in a relationship. First it was the multiple quarrels with LeBron. And now he’s not accepting Kelly Olynyk’s apologies as if he left the toilet seat up one too many times.
Olynyk and his representatives have continued to deliver word to Love and people close to him that Olynyk wants to privately apologize to him, sources told Yahoo Sports. Olynyk wants to tell Love personally that he never intended to injure him in Game 4 of that series, that he’s sorry for the shoulder surgery that’ll cost Love six months.
Strangely, Love continues to rebuff Olynyk. He isn’t interested in the call, refusing to ease Olynyk’s guilt.
Refusing to ease Olynyk’s guilt?! Is it just me or is this a little childish? It was a legitimate play that went awry for one of the players, stuff happens.
Just accept the apology, ride on the Cavs to a ring (hopefully) and then go to the Lakers. Simple.
