Don’t ever count Kevin Garnett out, it only fuels his competitive fire to prove the naysayers wrong. Garnett explained what drives him following the Celtics impressive Game 5 win at Miami yesterday, plus he threw a little jab at Atlanta Hawks ownership too.
“Competition. The naysayers; the owners who talk too much. The people who don’t think a 36-year old, 35-year old can do what I do. I take a lot of pride in my craft, I work really hard on my craft every day. I’m a true professional,” Garnett exclaimed to ESPN reporter Doris Burke.
