If you thought that Reggie Jackson only made Russell Westbrook upset about his most recent celebration towards the end of the Detroit Pistons recent win over the Oklahoma City Thunder, think again. Fellow star ex-teammate Kevin Durant is also mad about what Jackson did.
Actually, KD is pissed about the whole ordeal and he called the Jackson’s celebration ‘bush league’.
Following from Erik Horne of The Oklahoman.
Durant’s said before that he doesn’t like sitting out games. Tuesday’s loss, which snapped the Thunder’s eight-game winning streak, was the first game Durant’s sat out this season that wasn’t due to injury.
“They knew I don’t like sitting out … so they came to me and were like ‘Bro, I know you don’t want to sit this one out, but I think it would help,’” Durant joked. “So I was like ‘you don’t have to ask me like that. If you want me to sit out, I’ll sit out.’
“I definitely wanted to play. I wanted to play against Detroit for sure, but … you know. It’s Detroit. You know, who cares about Detroit?”
