Kevin Durant, Jeff Teague Named Players Of The Week
The NBA announced today that Kevin Durant (Oklahoma City Thunder) was named Western Conference Player of the Week and Jeff Teague (Atlanta Hawks) has been named Player of the Week for the Eastern Conference.
Jeff Teague led the Hawks to a 3-0 week. Atlanta went 14-2 in December and now sit atop the East. Jeff Teague averaged over 23 points and 8 assists in the Hawks’ three wins last week. He also shot above 50 percent from the field in all three games.
Kevin Durant led the Oklahoma City Thunder to a 2-0 week. He had 44 points, 10 rebounds, and 7 assists in the 137-134 overtime win against Phoenix and 34 points and 8 rebounds in the 109-102 win against Washington.
