I agree with KD. The problem with being in the Spurs system is that we don’t see all of the particular players potential. That’s the reason people say Kobe over Duncan even though Timmy has a better track record.
It’s why some of us considered Paul George the 3rd best player in the league before Indiana had that historic breakdown.
When you’re in the San Antonio system, even though the team numbers are amazing (and clearly it’s working) it leaves your individual career a little flatter than it could potentially be.
But they have their 5th championship so what do I know?
