Even though the Miami Heat hold a 2-1 lead in the NBA Finals series, the Thunder’s Kevin Durant has warned that Floridians shouldn’t start planing the parade down Biscayne Boulevard just yet. Speaking after another foul-plagued performance in Game 3 which limited his effectiveness down the stretch, Durant said the series was not over yet.
“This is not over,” said Durant, the league’s scoring champion. “It’s not over. Of course we had a good lead and they came back and made some shots. We fouled shooters on the 3-point line twice. It’s a tough break for us, man. You know, I hate sitting on the bench, especially with fouls.”
