One of the NBA’s top players is back after a long journey last season battling through injury. Kevin Durant, the 2013-14 NBA MVP, has been cleared for all basketball related activity.

With Durant back at full health for training camp, it now allows the Thunder to go into this season with a healthy KD, something that was missing last season.
Durant battled foot issues all last season and he only played 27 games due to his foot issues. Now with a new coach, some new pieces around him and an organization focused on getting to the NBA Finals and winning the championship, having a fully healthy Durant in the fold will make them favorites once again.
The one aspect OKC needs to address going into the season will be how the team will perform under new head coach Billy Donovan and how they can have multiple large personalities like Durant and Russell Westbrook perform together on the same court one season after Russell Westbrook was admittedly chasing Michael Jordan’s triple-doubles record.
